In the event of notice within 48 hours of a service a $250 late notice fee will apply and availability is subject our ability to complete the service.

Special Notes:
Lowering – If the family would like to be present for the lowering a $200 security fee will apply and must be scheduled in advance.

Overtime – Overtime is based on when the site is capped and filled. It takes approximately 30-45m from the time everyone leaves for a site to be capped and filled.

Woodlawn:

Mon. - Fri. Services After 3:00 pm will be charged by the Hour until capped & filled $200.00
Saturday Services After 2:00 pm will be charged by the Hour until capped & filled $200.00
Sunday/Holiday $500.00

City of Toledo:

Mon. - Fri. Services After 2:00 pm will be charged by the Hour until capped & filled $100.00
Saturday Services After 11:00 am will be charged by the Hour until capped & filled $100.00
Sunday/Holiday – Unavailable

No services will be accepted after 4:00 pm on any day.

City of Toledo Indigent Program:

All applications should be submitted within 45 days of the date on the burial transit permit. Any applications past 60 days of the date on the burial transit permit will not be accepted.
